Description

A slab of saline/sweet fat saturates this wine's salty exoskeleton. Showing a premier cru density and cut with the fleshiness of the vintage. Get your rocks off. And by rocks, I mean marlstone and hard-packed Kimmeridgian chalk. More baby fat than last year's edition obscures the elevated levels of acid achieved in 2008. This is good now, but will be out of sight after a couple years of bottle age.
