Description

This wine was produced with cool fermentation to extract the full varietal aromas, partial extended post-fermentation and partial carbonic maceration. Complex nose of red current & chocolate, showing great finesse palate with firm tannins and full fruit blueberry, Cherry and cranberry. This wine can be consumed now but will benefit from cellaring up to five years.
